What kind of products do you sell?
We specialize in statement pieces for those who like their fashion with a dark twist. Our collections include:

Do you offer plus sizes?
We believe dark fashion should be for everyone. Many of our products come in extended sizes – check individual product descriptions for sizing details. If you’re between sizes or unsure, size up for that perfectly oversized look.
How do I care for my Layered Shop items?
To keep your dark pieces looking their best:
  • Wash dark colors inside out in cold water
  • Hang dry to prevent shrinking (your gothic aesthetic shouldn’t be the only thing that’s tight)
  • Iron on low heat if needed (because wrinkles are scarier than your outfit)

ORDERING & PAYMENT

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB) and PayPal. No bitcoin – we’re dark, but not that dark.
Is my payment information secure?
Absolutely. We use industry-standard encryption to protect your information. We don’t store your payment details – because trust us, we’ve got enough secrets already.
Can I modify or cancel my order?
We process orders faster than you can say “sell your soul” (1-2 business days), so changes need to be requested immediately via [email protected]. Once shipped, you’ll need to wait for delivery and use our return policy.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Where do you ship?
Worldwide, baby! Well, almost. We ship everywhere except some remote areas and parts of Asia (sorry, our edgy vibes can’t reach everywhere).
What are my shipping options?
Choose your rebellion:
  • Standard Shipping ($12.95): For the impatient rule-breakers. 10-15 days via DHL/FedEx.
  • Free Shipping: For orders over $50. 15-25 days via EMS – slow but steady like a vampire’s heartbeat.
How long until my order arrives?
We process orders in 1-2 business days (because fashion waits for no one). Then:
  • Standard Shipping: 10-15 days after dispatch
  • Free Shipping: 15-25 days after dispatch
International customers might face additional customs fees – blame bureaucracy, not us.
Can I track my order?
Absolutely. You’ll get tracking info the moment your package starts its journey to your doorstep. If your package is taking longer than a goth’s morning routine, hit us up at [email protected].

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

What’s your return policy?
Even rebels change their minds. You’ve got 15 days from delivery to initiate a return. Just make sure:
  • The item is unworn
  • Tags are still attached
  • It’s in original packaging
Our return policy has standards, just like our designs.
How do I return an item?
Email us at [email protected] with your order number and what you’re returning. We’ll send you instructions faster than you can say “this isn’t dark enough for me.”
Do you offer exchanges?
We don’t do direct exchanges (too much paperwork kills our dark aesthetic). Return your item and place a new order – we’ll process it with gothic efficiency.
How long until I get my refund?
Once we receive your return, we’ll process your refund within 5 business days. The time it takes to appear in your account depends on your bank – they move slower than a zombie apocalypse.

ACCOUNT & PRIVACY

Do I need an account to order?
Nope. You can check out as a guest. But creating an account lets you track orders faster than you can say “where’s my damn skull sweater?”
How do I reset my password?
Click “Forgot Password” on the login page. We’ll send reset instructions to your email – check your spam folder if it’s taking longer than expected (sometimes our emails get lost on their dark journey).
How do you use my personal information?
We only use your info to process orders and occasionally send you emails about new collections (if you opt in). We don’t sell your data – that’s more evil than our aesthetic.
