Welcome, night dwellers and shadow lovers, to Layered Shop’s Shipping & Returns policy. We’ve crafted these unholy guidelines with the same dark devotion we pour into our gothic collections.

SHIPPING TO YOUR CRYPT

We dispatch our dark artifacts worldwide (though some remote Asian regions may be beyond even our spectral reach).

Shipping Options:

• Standard Shipping (12.95): Via DHL or FedEx – arrives within 10-15 days after dispatch
• Free Shipping: Via EMS for orders over 50 – arrives within 15-25 days after dispatch

All orders take 1-2 business days to process before shipping. You’ll receive a tracking number by email once your order begins its journey from our crypt to yours.

WHEN THE DEAD MUST RETURN

We understand even the most carefully selected gothic garments may occasionally need to return to the crypt. Our returns policy is designed with the same care we put into crafting our dark fashion collections.

The Shadowy Details:

• Returns accepted within 15 days of receiving your order
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
• All original tags must be attached
• Items must be in their original packaging (or coffin-like equivalent)

Forbidden Returns (Items That Cannot Return From the Dead):

• Intimates (for obvious hygiene reasons)
• Underwear (unless defective)
• Patches (once removed from their backing, they cannot be resurrected)

THE RITUAL OF RETURN

To initiate a return or exchange, follow these unholy steps:

1. Summon our customer service coven by emailing [email protected] with your request within 15 days of receiving your order
2. Include our return incantation (template below) with your order number and reason for return
3. Await our spectral response with return instructions (typically within 1-2 witching hours)
4. Package your items securely – we recommend warding with protective spells against shipping damage
5. Send your return to our crypt at:

REFUNDS – WHEN THE GOLD RETURNS TO YOUR COFFERS

Once we receive and inspect your returned items (a process taking 3-5 business days), your refund will be processed:

• Original payment method: 5-10 business days to reflect in your account
• Store credit: Immediate issuance via email (does not expire)

EXCHANGES – TRANSFORMING YOUR DARK WARDROBE

For exchanges:

• Follow the same return process above
• Clearly state the replacement item(s) desired in your email
• We’ll ship your new items once we receive the return (additional charges may apply for price differences)

DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEMS

Should you receive a damaged or incorrect item (a rare occurrence when the shipping ghouls misbehave):

• Contact us immediately with photos of the issue
• We’ll provide a prepaid return label and expedite your replacement
• No restocking fees apply in these cases
